Easy Administration includes the Personal Web Manager to administer your Web server. Also includes the Internet Service Manager for advanced administration.

Development Components include Microsoft Script Debugger, which allows Web developers to debug ASP pages containing scripts written in Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript), JScript, and Java. You can use Script Debugger to set breakpoints, step through scripts, view and change values, and execute commands dynamically.
